Jason Accardi is the co-founder, President, & CEO of Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises, and Managing Partner of Accardi Real Estate Co.

At the age of 22, Jason Accardi was attending Florida State University, and started parking cars to pay his way through school. He saw an opportunity and realized that he controlled a business that he could build a career on. Upon graduating, Jason Accardi, his twin brother, John, and close friend, Spencer, founded Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises. Unknown to them at the time, this small company would flourish over the next thirty (30) years into a dynamic business with a national presence including more than 3,500 employees.

In addition to the development of Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises, Jason Accardi, again with his twin brother, formed their first real estate partnership in early 1995. By the early 2000s, after wisely investing returns from their service company into commercial real estate, Jason and John Accardi created Accardi Real Estate Co., which focuses on acquisition, management and leasing of commercial properties throughout the Southeast. This entrepreneurial synergy became a recipe for a string of real estate success with the brothers combined talents to choreograph a real estate portfolio which includes over 150 assets totaling over $200 million in value over the last twenty (20) years.

At the helm, Accardi Real Estate Co. continues to share a passion for being one of the industry’s leading organizations specializing in unique real estate endeavors. Accardi Real Estate Co. buys and invests its own capital in every acquisition and syndicates equity investments via relationships with high-net-worth investors, family offices and institutional partners. As a result of capitalizing each acquisition individually, Accardi Real Estate Co. offers investors discretion on each investment and provides diversification across asset types, risk level and return profile.

Jason Accardi has been on the Board of Directors of the National Parking Association, served as the Co-Chairman of the Central Florida Chapter of the International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS), is a member of the International Parking Institute (IPI), an Elite member of the National Valet Parking Association and recently been appointed to the College of Business Board of Governors at Florida State University.

As President, CEO, and Managing Partner, Jason Accardi maintains an intimate involvement in the day-to-day operations of the business. He devotes his full attention to wherever the company needs him most, right down to the smallest details. Although he’s at the helm of one of the parking and real estate industry’s leading companies, Jason Accardi has never forgotten the lessons he learned when he started in Tallahassee all those years ago – hard work brings the greatest rewards.
