Tyler Lasher

General Partner & Investment Committee Member

Tyler graduated from the University of South Florida as a Florida Academic Scholar with a degree in Management and Finance.

He joined Quantum Capital Partners, Inc. in June 2007 and has focused on deal structuring, economic modeling, investment analysis, product costing, financial accounting, auditing, mergers and acquisitions, technical research and more.

Tyler’s operational experience includes sales and customer service, product development, IT, human resources, and store operations. In 2012, he co-founded an affiliate company Positive Lifestyle International and has served as president overseeing the financial and legal aspects of the company with co-founder Tony Little.

In 2014, Tyler lead Quantum Capital Partners’ investment in Fitlife Foods. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors, and as a member of the Real Estate Committee and the Compensation Committee. In 2015, Tyler assisted Fitlife and its founder through an additional capital raise with nationally recognized KarpReilly, LLC to fund the further expansion of the business.

Tyler has been leading investments in the form of mezzanine financing, preferred equities and other alternative investment strategies since 2009. These include real estate investments, small business bridge financing, inventory financing, and private lending.

In 2021, Tyler joined the board of the Tampa Chapter of, The Phoenix, a not-for-profit.
